Please go to the link above "application".

Fill out the application carefully with

1. cell #

2. email address

3. legal name and address

4. school

5. permit # 

Submit the form and print out a personal copy, that will be handed in at orientation/registration. We will contact you via EMAIL or TEXT regarding the upcoming orientation/registration time and date and CALL THE HOTLINE FOR DATES OF ORIENTATION.
